All items are handmade in studio, please allow 3-5 days for construction before shipment. Items with standard shipping will ship through USPS.

Ground Domestic — $5
Priority — $12 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Shipping

Orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase. All items are handmade to order, so please account for construction time when purchasing. Jewelry is shipped in paper jewelry boxes and shipped with recyclable paper padding. All shipping materials are recyclable.

A shipping notification with tracking is emailed as soon as order is finished and sent.

International shipment times vary but typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on location.

Gem & Blue is not responsible for custom/duty fees or items that are lost or stolen.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns bracelets if notified withing 5 days of receiving your order. You may exchange item for a different item, or receive store credit. We do not offer refunds on orders, as all orders are handmade to order. Any item that has a custom size will not be eligible for return.
